I'm having this problem even tho i downloaded the update from the playstation website and made folders named “PS4” and “UPDATE” within each other and the update file is named “PS4UPDATE.PUP” and
PS4 Pro finally died today. Won't accept reinstall file. Hopefully don't have to wait too long for a PS5. Farewell old friend : r/playstation
